Are you or the teen in your life looking for a way to take your idea for a business into reality?

This innovative weeklong workshop is designed to empower young women in high school with the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to start their own small business.

At the heart of our program is the belief that leadership begins with a deep connection to yourself. Through a blend of mindfulness practices, embodiment exercises, and entrepreneurship education, the 9 young women who join will leave with a plan on how to move forward towards their unique goals.

Participants will gain valuable skills in creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration, along with the chance to showcase their new business or products at Little Blueberryy.

Why mindfulness and embodiment?

Research has shown that practicing mindfulness can enhance emotional regulation, improve focus and concentration, and reduce stress and anxiety. By incorporating embodiment practices such as yoga, meditation, and expressive arts, we encourage participants to connect with their bodies and emotions, fostering a sense of self-awareness and empowerment.

We also believe in the power of dreaming big and having the courage to pursue those dreams. Our entrepreneurship curriculum inspires young women to explore their passions, identify problems worth solving, and develop innovative solutions.

Check out the Welcome Packet for Parents PDF for more details and a detailed curriculum and schedule for the week.

In 5 days, Monday-Friday, 9am-1pm, we’ll transform your teen’s confidence as a budding business owner—with a money stream of their own that’s not dependent on set hours with a low hourly wage.
